I LOVED EVERYTHING about this hotel. From the time you arrive you are treated very well by the most friendly staff. The front desk staff are extremely nice and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you. The food in the café was the BEST. Great food, and great variety of foods, and again the most friendly staff. My room was also beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. So many attractions close by. If you are interested in visiting the beautiful city of Doha, I highly recommend staying at the Sapphire Plaza. You will not be disappointed. I give this hotel a 10+. Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay in your Beautiful Hotel.

Usually the staff are friendly... When we checked in the lady at the reception was very polite and accomodating. All the other staff are nice except for the next shift lady at the reception.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. 😊 Lovely room ensuite, spotlessly clean with fridge and comfy furniture for relaxation. More spacious than expected with bath as well as shower which for me is a plus. Evening buffet excellent value for money with so many options, hot and cold. Definitely recommend one night of a stay. Location 15 mins to nearest metro station but very straightforward. Thanks again to staff who were so pleasant and eager to assist in any way. Would be happy to return.

Room was huge, impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities (including free water and coffee). Fantastic comfortable big bed. Reception is efficient, friendly and the hotel cares a lot about your personal security. all common areas, even the corridors and pool toilets, were very well maintained. To me the highlight was the indoor pool, super clean water with a really hot temperature, which is something hard to find nowadays.

I like the hotel location , car parking service,clean room, comfortable & friendly staff too much helpful .. I recommend you to stay at this hotel… I recently stayed at sapphire plaza hotel 4 nights and I cannot recommend it enough! Every single aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations, making it one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met with a smile. The attention to detail in their service was truly remarkable. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the comforts you could ask for. it was the plush bedding, everything was designed to make guests feel at home. Beyond that, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the relaxing spa, the well-equipped gym, or the pool area, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The overall ambiance of the hotel was luxurious yet welcoming, making it a perfect retreat for both leisure and business travelers. I had the pleasure of staying at “Sapphir Plaza Hotel Qatar,and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to its name, providing a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The staff deserves special mention for their outstanding hospitality especially the Receptionist Madam “Maram”. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. I would highly recommend Sapphire Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Doha. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel sets a high standard for comfort and service. The hotel is conveniently located relatively close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very large and spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed — perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio was excellent. The only minor issue was that the room felt quite cold at first. However, after requesting a solution, the staff promptly provided an electric heater, which quickly resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant and affordable stay!
